If Sauron regained the One Ring, what would the Fourth Age be like?
Would Sauron try to take over ALL of Middle-earth, or would there be lands and people who would escape his notice for the most part (ie, the lands of the Lossoth, Drúwaith Iaur which may or may not be abandoned by Woses, etc.)?
What would life be like for the elves in a Sauron dominated Fourth Age?
Obviously, at some point, Sauron would get the smack down from Eru and/or the Valar. What would be some things that could possibly trigger this?
