Long time no see everyone! Sorry if it's a little presumptuous of me thinking it's okay to post a thread in the core Circles area, but I didn't think it would be right posting up in the Nazgul section for this. Feel free to move this if need be!! I finished up a painting today of Durraiz from Book 4. When I first read the chapter, the descriptions of the fine orc ladies were just screaming, and I mean all out shrieking, to be made. So here is at least one of Durraiz. melihitchcock.deviantart.com/art/Durraiz-160839522Enjoy!

Glomp, The Circles forum was created for readers to discuss The Circles, so an image of a character from The Circles fits in just fine. ;D
What a great image of Durraiz! I designed the costumes of the she-orcs with traditional images of fantasy female warriors in mind (especially art by Frazetta and Royo), so it's only natural that they could lend themselves to art. Though, perhaps they don't have the same.... ahh... "mystique" as their gorgeous human counterparts, they still fit the voluptious warrior chick bill. ;D I've thought about drawing them myself many times as well, but you have done an outstanding job with Durraiz.
The image did seem a little dark on my monitor, though, but I took it into PSP and lightened it up so I could see it more clearly. Great job with her mottled skin and piercings! And her infamous flogger... I can almost see her menacingly tapping it against her palm. ;D
Great job!

This wonderful picture of Durraiz can now be found in The Circles Art Gallery, as well as in Chapter 8 of Book 4. I also added you as a favorite on DeviantArt.

This is a great picture of Bagalaam! The asymmetrical stance really makes it stand out and emphasizes her tall, lanky frame. ;D Great job!

We added the painting of Bagalaam to the Art Gallery, as well as to the chapter about the she-orcs. Would it be all right for us to resize these images in the chapter and direct readers to go to the gallery, where they can see full sized versions? It would make loading easier for those with dialup.
